The LECP is designed to achieve the following objectives:-

• Skills Training:

We provide skill development training in various sectors, such as agriculture, manufacturing, services, and technology. These training programs are designed to enhance technical skills, soft skills, and entrepreneurship skills, preparing individuals for employment or self-employment opportunities.

• Job Placement Services:

Through our extensive network of partner organizations and businesses, we facilitate job placement services, connecting trained individuals with suitable employment opportunities. We work closely with employers to understand their requirements and match them with qualified candidates, ensuring a win-win situation for both job seekers and employers.

• Entrepreneurship Support:

For aspiring entrepreneurs, the LECP offers comprehensive support in starting and growing their businesses. This includes mentorship, business planning assistance, access to capital, marketing guidance, and networking opportunities. • Microfinance and Financial Inclusion:
