School WASH Program

The JDF School WASH Program is dedicated to improving health and productivity in schools by promoting water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) practices among students and communities. Through hands-on education and awareness, we empower young minds to embrace clean and healthy habits.

Program Highlights
  • WASH Education: Teaching essential sanitation and hygiene practices to students.
  • Infrastructure Support: Building and upgrading water and sanitation facilities in schools.
  • Community Awareness: Engaging communities in the importance of clean water and hygiene.
Launch:-

The program was launched on World Water Day, March 22, by JDF Founder Bikram Jha in collaboration with our Center for Climate Change & Environment Protection (CCCEP) and Center for Agriculture & Rural Development (CARD).

Current Activities:-

We currently operate in offline mode, visiting schools to educate students and communities directly.

Partnership Opportunities:-

We’re inviting schools to partner with us! If you're a school representative interested in this initiative, please email us at info@jdf.org.in
