The Mental Wellness Program (MWP) was launched by JDF in response to the growing global mental health crisis, including rising cases of depression, anxiety, and suicidal tendencies.
This program aims to provide individuals help in self-knowing, mental detoxification, and a deeper connection with nature, fostering a life of clarity and well-being.
The program’s approach is rooted in providing a space for introspection, healing, and self-knowing, promoting clarity and peace in participants' lives.
MWP is designed for individuals seeking to overcome:
Our past data shows that this program has been particularly beneficial for young adults, students, and corporate professionals.
For those in urgent need of mental health assistance, we provide free Mental Health Counseling throughout the year. This ensures no one has to face their struggles alone.
The increasing prevalence of mental health issues is alarming:
JDF is committed to addressing these challenges by offering practical solutions and a safe space for individuals to find peace and meaning in their lives.
The Mental Wellness Program was officially launched on October 10, 2022, on World Mental Health Day by JDF's Center for Mental Health & Wellness (CMHW) by our visionary founder Bikram Jha & Central Director of CMHW Sneha Jha.
This program requires extensive resources, including logistics, Food, facilitators, and infrastructure. We invite all stakeholders—organizations, individuals, and mental health advocates—to collaborate with us in expanding this initiative and creating lasting change.
