The JDF Flood Relief Project provides essential humanitarian aid to people affected by floods and climate disasters. Launched in response to the devastating Bihar flood on October 2, 2024, this project is a collaboration between the JDF Center for Climate Change & Environment Protection (CCCEP) and the JDF Center for Agriculture & Rural Development (CARD).

In response to the 2024 floods in Bihar, we have reached 2000 individuals across 15 villages in Darbhanga, Saharsa, and Bhagalpur, helping to restore lives and provide hope in challenging times.
While this project started in Bihar, our mission is to extend relief operations to flood-prone regions across India, including Assam, Kerala, North India, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Gujarat. We aim to be prepared to act swiftly and support communities facing climate-related disasters nationwide.
